Prior to creating KAB Food Consulting , Ken was a founder member of FreshDirect 2001.
Ken was a pivotal part of representing Fresh Direct’s food service market in exceeding their distribution goals, maintaining product quality, optimizing warehouse efficiencies by creating systems & operations, overseeing product recreation, creating value-added products, R&D, vetting USDA Manufacturers, launching innovative product programs, overseeing buyers, and acquiring pivotal licenses involving NYSLA, creating the only food retailer with a liquor license under one roof.
With skill sets and strength in a vast array of sectors within the food service industry, Ken has the knowledge and know how to take a concept or current product and bring it to the masses.
From handling established businesses to providing partnerships with Amazon brokers to design, build, and maintaining turnkey storefronts, Ken is there to advise you to the next level.
